You have reached the Web home of the Hassayampa Writers’ Club. The Club shares resources and officers with the Congress-Wickenburg chapter of the Society of Southwestern Authors.

The two clubs hold their meetings simultaneously, and most members of each club are also members of the other.

We are a small, informal club that meets monthly to share writings, ideas about writing, and sometimes to hear guest speakers. Check the “About” page for more details and the Calendar page for the schedule of meetings and other events..

We also sponsor the Writers’ Wriot, celebrating our Wickenburg-area (and Western) authors, as well as an annual contest with several categories. We publish the Hidden River Cache, which contains contest-winning writing and material contributed by our members or others.
