Minutes of Meeting of December 13, 2009

• Convened as scheduled, Vice President Corrine Rawlin presiding.
• Present were Landon Lamb, Janie Lamb, Dorothy Dettmering, Bob Harlock, Pat Gould, Gary Keegan, Dave Hill, Hedy Vann, Bill Vann, Barbara Crack, John Durham, Corrine Rawlin, Wayne Kupferer, Fred Brown, Carol Butterfield
• Introductions of members
• Next meeting will be February 21, due to scheduling conflicts with Goldrush Days, etc
• Secretary’s report, including mention of club’s new Web site
• Treasurer’s report.
• Balance at date, $206.86
• Club has joined the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce
• Members’ dues are due in January ($20 per year); each renewing member is asked to fill out a complete application to facilitate updating our name-and-address database
• One member asked if there is a family membership; the answer is that there is not.
• Further discussion of Writers’ Wriot
• Will be 12 to 7 pm on March 13
• Some food will be served
• Contest was discussed; publicity to be arranged
